State of Oregon Certified
At
Safari Sam’s, we’re serious about having fun, and
we’re also serious about providing the best care your children
will ever experience. All
of our teachers are Oregon State Certified, and we maintain the
state requirements of a 15:1 child:staff ratio. To
keep their certification, the teachers must pass a criminal background
check, maintain first aid and CPR training, and have fifteen
hours of continuing education in the childcare area annually.

to reflect those values. We’ve
built a fun, wholesome and nurturing program for your children,
while maintaining a safe and secure environment. The

Assisted Homework
When
we select teacher candidates at Safari Sam’s we look for
the most positive, friendly and outgoing individuals to care
for your most precious possession. Each
day, our teachers spend time tutoring your child
with their homework as well as
providing
reading room time. As a result, your children will spend more time at
home interacting with you and less time with their
homework.
Indoor Sports Gym
Whether
it's summer time and 100 degrees outside, or 32 and stormy, the
sports gym is always full of activities. Basketball, dodge
ball, floor hockey and cooperative team-building games are some
of the favorites. Our
sports gym also doubles as our Twin Screen Theater and
electronic entertainment room.
